MTCM: Hangin' in There
I'm still counting calories and walking, so I'm doing well and being obedient, but I am not seeing awesome results like last time.
If I was doing this to lose weight I'd be very discouraged, but its more than that. I'm staying on the bumpy wagon, staying obedient, and persevering until we move in next month. Then my results will take off. :)

Stop Tormenting that Poor Little Kitty!
Having fun yet!? ;)
Blogger app still won't post anything! Grr! Tonight I am breaking down and doing the system update on my phone. I've literally been avoiding it for well over a year. Sigh. Maybe that will help?
If that still doesn't do the trick, I'll be heading to the local library to do some automated blog posts- you know, with REAL pics! I still won't let have internet for the next month, and I'm sure you're growing tired of my phone pics, or more recently, lack there of pics.
So has the time finally come for me to LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG? ;) Is it time for me to explain why we are still living without internet, still having Sweetpea sleep with us, still living with a house full of boxes?
Yes, I believe it is finally time!
Our cute little house that we got a great deal on to get out of debt asap... Well that house is not that great! Over Good Friday, (the day my friend knew to call to pray for me), we started praying over the situation. This was when I was worried about it affecting Bristol. Easter Sunday, yes on the third day!, God made a way.
He provided us with a new house!
Not newer than this house. Not new to us. BRAND NEW. It is still being built! We'll move in around May 21st!
Oh yes, we are ecstatic! We are overflowing with praise!
If this isn't proof that God loves the orphan, I don't know what is!
Why?
1. Because of this new house, we should have no issue getting Bristol home asap! Also, Lord willing-please pray, since it is just built, it may make the adoption inspection process quicker! Meaning we'd get her home quicker! Yes please Lord!
2. We will still be able to pay off the house in about 5 years, Lord willing! Then we can focus our funds on caring for the orphan with a ministry called International Voice of the Orphan- button on the right!
GOD LOVES THE ORPHAN! What are you doing to echo that love? How are you being obedient to His call to Christians to care for orphans?
We are so excited about out new house- the house that God built!
PRAISE JESUS!

Flower Child
Last night my brother was baptized! He trusted Christ as his Savior about a year ago and it has been a joy watching him grow. His baptism was icing on the cake!
Today is my aunt and uncle's 21st wedding anniversary! Definitely worth celebrating! Happy anniversary!
Today is Fenway Park's 100th birthday. Ok, so its not as important as the other things mentioned above, but if you've been to Fenway you know how special it is. I wish I was in Boston today to celebrate!
Ok, let's get real.
I wish I was in Boston everyday! ;)
Oh, and remember how I was flabbergasted that I forgot to post last Tuesday. Well, I didn't! I edited a post that I posted that day and saved the changes. I didn't hit publish, so it took down the post I had posted! Silly blogger! So I can celebrate sticking to my goal of posing everyday in 2012, so far! :)
Yesterday Sweetpea asked me to pick flowers while we we're walking, (like she does every time lol). This time I put some in her hair and in her stroller. She loved it! Sometime next month I will begin her goal of getting flowers from a florist and taking pics with them (monthly at least).
After awhile, she started throwing the flowers from her stroller. She said she wanted to practice her flower girl duties for next summer when her uncle will give her an aunt. ;)
Ok, so she was just bored, but we're pretty excited to see her as a flower girl!
Now that I think about it, 21 years ago I was a flower girl in my aunt's wedding. :)
We're off to pick more flowers cause today is a day to celebrate indeed!
One more day we've been given to walk this earth.
One more day to love.
One more day to praise His Name!
Praise Jesus for today!
(I've been trying to post this for over an hour...here is the post minus pics. Look for pics later. Crazy blogger)

Pray for Oscar DeLaCruz
Whenever we see blogs with sick kids we flock to read their stories and pray. Guilty as charged.
Well, whenever someone follows my blog I make it a point to start reading theirs. Its more fun that way and I have made some pretty good blogging friendships that way! :)
Recently one of these blogging buddies had been going through some really hard stuff. Her husband of 5 years, (just like Mr. Incredible and me), has just been diagnosed a rare form of cancer! A few weeks ago they did surgery, pretty invasive, and now they are weighing treatment options.
Please go visit their blog and join me in praying for them:

I know a lot of you readers are in the same cohort as this family. Young, married, with young kids. How would you feel if this was the love of your life, the father of your children?
Crying yet? Me too! Let's pray for them and show them some love!
Brandi, if I hadn't just left your area and moved to West Texas, I would so visit y'all at the hospital or home. I'd visit and help with the kids, whatever y'all needed! Please let me know if there is anything I can do, and next time we come to town I'll let you know and maybe I can stop by and at least hug your neck and pray for y'all in person. Sweetpea is getting pretty good at praying, I'm sure she'd love to join in too! :) Love and prayers to y'all from the Keierlebers!
Project Snack Bag
My dear friends are returning to Africa in June and are calling us to send snack bags for the starving street children in Uganda.
http://emonamission.blogspot.com/2012/04/street-children-project-snack-bag.html?m=1
Read her post above for more details. I spent $20.91 and I'm able to feed 14 children. That's less than $1.50 per child! This takes NOTHING and you can impact so many! Church groups, MDO, play dates, any groups of any age can participate. How great would this be to do with your kids?!
14 feels like a small number to me, but that's just satan talking. 14 is more than just a number: its 14 tummies fed, 14 street angels hearing about Jesus, its 14 street angels feeling LOVE! These sweet kiddos are thet most selfless people ever! I would not be surprised if these bags reached more than 14. Even in their STARVATION, I bet you anything that some of this food will be brought home to siblings or other family. These people have so little, yet they are more selfless than we could every dream of being.
Bless them with me! Pass this along all over the web! Let me know if you join in!
As you see we included a family picture- this if something these kids cherish! :)

Spoiled Rotten
I am, that is.
I have gotten to sleep with Sweetpea everyday for the last 3 months, and this will continue for 1 more month. Why, you ask? Well, you'll find out soon enough. ;) Pretty exciting news!
Ever morning she wakes me with cuddles and kisses.
See? I'm spoiled!
I can't wait for exactly 1 MONTH FROM TODAY!, but what I don't look forward to is kicking her out of bed.
Mommy is spoiled. Sweetpea is spoiled. Praying mid may will go smoothly- the bed transition and THE OTHER THING as well. ;)
(sorry to tease so much, I'll let the cat out of the bag within days, I promise! Stay tuned!)
