August 20, 1980 Paul's birthday
August 4, 1986 Tricia's birthday
August 21, 2006 We got engaged
August 4, 2010 We became certified foster parents (in other words, we were able to adopt)
August 24, 2010 I met Annie for the first time
August 26, 2010 Paul met Annie for the first time
August 4, 2011 We finalized Annie's adoption
