...Put on a happy face. :)
Yikes. The days just get a little darker over here.
My friend's sister was abducted and assaulted the other day. Please pray for healing and peace for her. Also pray for healing and peace for her family members- knowing the full details of the ordeal would obviously get to them. I know it would get to me.
Yesterday my mom arranged to have Belle cremated.
I forgot to tell you the details my sister endured that night.
Remember how I was riddled with terror at the thought of it being my sister? Well she was at home and thought it was my mom. She was upstairs and heard her screaming and thought she was at gunpoint or something. She ran down the stairs dialing 911.
We are all sad about Belle, but we are all thankful that our fears were not realized. Taylor and I needed a chill pill that night for sure.
Thankfully Mr. Incredible is back to his normal schedule. Praise God!
My body still needs some healing, but thankfully I have a well behaved, immobile child that stays with me in bed all day allowing me to heal and be her mommy at the same time.
To brighten your day be sure to watch my video I posted on Monday. :)
If you haven't noticed, I love when songs, art, etc, call out the names of Christ. Here is a video of a young boy and it does not dissapoint! No matter how gray the skies are, God is Sovereign and He is "casuing all things to work together for good for them that love God and those who are called according to His purposes." {Romans 8:28}

10:18
Now it is officially tomorrow, and I don't think the sun is coming out quite yet.
If you are new to the blog, you may not know that my sister was killed in a car accident almost 4.5 years ago. Ever since then I keep my phone with me at all times and am a little paranoid. My paranoia is at its worst when my mom calls me, (especially twice in a row, or at an abnormally early or late hour).
Tonight I was watching a movie while Mr. Incredible slept, (worked till 8 again and is feeling like poo). The phone rang and it was my mom.
My heart immediately jumped in my throat. Then I looked up and it said 10:18. My heart lowered to its original place. 10:18 is not that late, so I figured it must not be anything.
Then I heard one of the worst sounds in the world. I guess it is not technically a sound, but a group of sounds that encompass a word and a second, (which feels like forever).
She said "hello," with terror in her voice through sobs.
Immediately my heart returned to its previous position and stopped beating, my eyes welled with tears, and the only word I could get out {practically yell} through my choked up, terrified voice was, "what?"
I was back at October 6th.
I just knew my sister or brother was dead. Not hurt, dead. I could hear the terror in her hello that told me this was not a possibility, but a definte.
This all took place in a second or two, but man it sure felt like 10 minutes at least.
I couldn't make out all of what she said through her sobs, but I heard, "Belle...hit... car." I heard enough. My mom's dog Belle was hit by a car and killed.
I breathed a sigh of relief for like a millisecond, but then cried with her for her loss. I told her I would come over. When we hung up I lost it. October 6th was such a shock. Even though it was almost 4.5 years ago, this brought it right back. It took me a moment for my body to return to normal. Also, I was crying tears of praise that it was not my sister or my brother.
I jumped in my car and drove over there. On my way I cried for my mom's loss. I empathized because I know how it feels to love a dog more than you should. Mr. Incredible and I can't discuss losing Bolt with out crying and we are just talking hypothetically.
My mom didn't know what to do with her body, (who would though), so I was on my way over to help with all that. Praise God that my mom has some awesome neighbors who came to the rescue. They brought her from the street, wrapped her in a cloth and put her in a bag. I would have done it for my mom's sake, but I am so thankful that I did not have to. Honestly, I would have been a bit scarred by that. This is why it is imperative that we pray for my mom. If I would have been scarred from seeing her body, how much more scarring will occur for my mom who a. loved her more than anyone else did in this world, and b. witnessed the accident?!
My mom took me to where it happened and I saw the pool of blood. She told me how she was trying to wrangle her back home when a car sped down the street toward them. My mom, (who was in the street with her), watched as a car curved around her and proceeded to run over Belle then DRIVE AWAY!!
How can you not know what just happened? I know you felt it! Why else would a woman be in the middle of the street at 10 PM in her night gown and barefooted?! Obviously there is a reason she is in the street. Most likely it is for her pet. Seriously people. And don't speed in a neighborhood! Geez!
Needless to say I praised Jesus more than once tonight that it was not my sister or brother. I still am, however, very sad about Belle. My mom is heartbroken, and worst of it all is that she had to witness it.
Please pray for my mom. Pray for peace and pray that those images will be erased from her mind.
Tomorrow we will bury Belle and make a grave marker of sorts to memorialize her. Tonight I will be cuddling Bolt extra tight, and praising Jesus a few more times that it was not my sister or brother.

The Sun'll Come Out...
{hopefully} Tomorrow. According to my phone app at least. ;) We shall see if the weather men got it right. lol {can you tell I am watching Annie right now? lol}
It has been a little dreary here at the Keierleber Castle too. {Castle does not mean that we live in a mansion- it just goes well with our last name and our theme of characters. :)}
I don't want to say we are enduring a storm, but pretty close. I have not been feeling too well since October. Once I am healed or feeling better, something else pops up. My house still is not where I want it to be, but in order to fully heal I need to just veg out for awhile. My most recent issue is my bulged disc. It hit an all time bad on Thursday. I know that is not proper grammar, but I think you get it. lol My leg hurt so bad I almost cried, (I have a pretty high threshold of pain, not once have I been on meds for my bulged disc or when I pulled my back muscle). Luckily, Sweetpea sees a physical therapist and earlier that day I asked her questions about my back. I am so thankful she answered my questions, for had she not I would have gone to the ER Thursday night. It hurt that bad. Now you see why it is imperative that I veg out for awhile.
What else is casting shadows? Mr. Incredible had to work massive over time last week- like he worked Saturday and Sunday as well. He went in at 9AM Sunday and did not get off till 8PM. Thankfully it seems to have calmed down so we will have him home with us as usual. We sure missed our Hero. :)
I promise I am not complaining- just sharing what is going on here. I know the Lord has blessed us and I also know from experience that it can always be worse.
Monday was Kaitlyn's 2nd birthday. As you can imagine, it was a very hard day for her mommy and daddy. Please continue praying for them!
On her daddy's facebook, he posted this picture with this caption: "She wore this for her Halloween costume. She loved Minnie and you can see her stick out her chest as she boast, "I'm Minnie". She would have worn this all day today. We miss our Little Princess!"
Join me in praying for them!!
Not the best pic of either of us. She has decided to not like the self timer. It was most definitely a fake, I'm gonna get my way, defiant cry. Turkey. Mommy will always get her way, not you. ;)
Look at the size of that egg! I think I need to buy one for photo shoots. :) From Hobby Lobby of course. :)
My sister Taylor, "Auntay," carried Sweetpea around while shopping. For bonding time, and to save my back. Thanks Auntay!
These are hair clips. How awesome are they?!?! I saw these like a year ago and wanted to buy them- but didn't know if I were to have a daughter one day. Needless to say I was beyond giddy when I saw they were still there!! They were out of Sleeping Beauty- I NEED her!! ;)
We found this box of flower hair clips. I have a few duplicates obviously, so holla at me if you would like some. :)
My aunt found me this starfish necklace. I love it! I love my silver one, but I would like a gold one too. :)
Today we wore our matching Boston tshirts...
We really would rather be in Boston. :) It is 12 degrees and snowing. I don't think I can handle 12 degrees, but I would LOVE some snow right now! :)
Here is a video to show off Sweetpea's personality. It is usually so hard to catch it on film, but she was having fun on Saturday. The reason I grabbed the camera was because I said, "baby, baby, baby, ohh," and she replied, "be-be, be-be, be-be." I about fell over! I tried to get her to do it again to no avail. So, forgive me saying that in the video- I promise what you hear is NOT my singing voice. :)
Enjoy:
No, really, please do. This video took at least 3 hours to load! {not exaggerating!}

Growing Girl
She has grown so much since her Gotcha Day in October. Yes, I know babies are supposed to grow, but she is really making leaps and bounds over here and I am bursting with pride and joy- at the littlest things. :)
How I found her this morning. How she moved, I have no idea- point is though- SHE MOVED! She won't be immobile much longer. :)

Baby, Baby, Baby, Ohhhhhhhhhhh
Early this morning:
Here is Sweetpea jammin' to JBieb. She loves dancing and all music- of course when I bring out the camera- she acts shy. Here is the best we could get. :)

A Family that Shops Together...
Natural light+ active baby= fuzzy shot. But B&W makes it all better. :) PS, isn't her headband amazing!? Christmas present from my mom! :)
Shopping with family. My cousin Leah is 5 weeks older than Sweetpea. She is the average size of a 2 year old, while Sweetpea is very small for her age, (13 months, 17lbs). It is funny to see both sides of the spectrum. They had a blast in the stroller together. :)
And she is DONE! Personal Space officially invaded! She doesn't mind adults invading her space, it is kids and dogs that bother her! lol
On Monday we went shopping with my mom and sister. This little peanut makes me so happy!!

Shutterfly Fairy
I had a friend suggest that Shutterfly should pay me for advertising. Good Point. Did ya hear that Shutterfly?! I don't really need money payment- I'd accept free products anytime- you have my info. ;)
Anyway, here are a few products I ordered recently- some of which are brand new to the Shutterfly store.
Normally I would take the time to crop and fix images before posting, but I don't have the energy. Let's pretend they all look fab, ok? ;)
Bottom right- we got our 2010 year book. :) I highly recommend doing year books!! Shuttrefly doesn't sell year books per se, I just make an 8X8 photobook of that particular year. :)
New product #2, wall art. I took this image at the zoo, photoshopped it, then sent it to Shutterfly to mount.
