Long Time Comin

Our adoption is finally happening.

I am just so tired. It has been a long time coming to say the least.

Another road block? Nemo.

He was broadcast on Friday. What does that mean?

He can be chosen by other people. We may not get him. Needless to say we are worried and discouraged. Please pray for him!

HOWEVER, Sweetpea Beauty will be home with us this FRIDAY PERMANENTLY. Long time coming, but we will finally be parents without having to worry about losing her. She is ours!!! PRAISE GOD!

I have been planning Sweetpea's first birthday for awhile now, and I am pretty much obsessed. :)

This adoption road has been so much longer than I ever dreamed, and I will admit once again that I am tired. Please do not let this deter you from pursing adoptions. IT IS SO WORTH IT IN THE END!

We had her with us at Walmart and we were talking to the greeter about adopting. When we parted ways he said congrats and that he knew, "she is sure going to have a great Christmas this year." RIP MY HEART OUT!!! What a blessing to hear things like this from total strangers!We are going to have a good Christmas indeed. :)
