Last Monday I began my "Made to Crave Mondays " journey again. Being in the hotel forced me to put it on hold. You know how when you're making a change to be healthier, you'll get tempted? Well, I wasn't at all. I was on a great roll! Huge bummer!
Now I'm back on track and nothing will kick me off of it! Its not too late for you too! Get back on track with me and let's do this together!
Week one: lost 3.4 pounds. Could have done better, but its a good start!
